Bob Saget’s family has made the tough decision to sell his gorgeous Brentwood home after his untimely death in early January. The Saget Family Trust has listed the property with his nephew, Adam Saget, from Compass, which only gives further insight into how beloved the comedian was — there is even a personal touch as the family lets the property go.

The house is described as “warm” and “modern” with lush greenery around the property — it feels like a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Built in 1964 and renovated in 2003, Bob purchased it that same year for $2.895 million, and it is now for sale at $7.765 million. The 6,608-square-foot residence boasts six bedrooms, including a guest house, over 0.3 acres. The home has Elan smart-home technology, the Full House star made sure to “put in smart-house controls and automation” because Bob was always interested in high-tech innovations, his nephew shared in an email statement.

The property has plenty of must-have amenities for a Southern California home, including a pool, spa, and barbecue entertainment area, but it’s the inviting interior that is the key selling point.
